Building my brand, working in the funeral service industry and on my part-time job, managing family, personal and business relationships and just living everyday life can become overwhelming. In this video, I am sharing some of my self-care routine. There's a lot more that goes into caring for and being the best me that I can be but this is a pretty inclusive introduction.
