Leo July 23- August 22 Fire Sign Crystal- Garnet Leo is the fifth sign of the Zodiac. Leos are seekers. They are always looking for the meaning behind everything even if there is no deeper meaning. Like the the lion the Leo normally exudes strength, independence and vigor. When experiencing grief, the Leo completely crumbles and falls into depression. Initially upon experiencing a loss simple task such as getting out of bed, taking care of personal hygiene and managing everyday life become almost impossible for the Leo. Once the reality of loss sets in for the Leo, they adopt a pattern of trying to convince others that they are okay. Indeed, they are not okay. The Leo struggles in finding meaning in loss and can potentially begin drown in their emotion. The best way to support a Leo who is grieving is to let them know that you are there and offer your support in ways that best suit the individual. Leos need reassurance more than any other sign of the zodiac. Keeping the lines of communication open is vital. Calling, texting and offering to visit are good ways to keep the Leo connected to the real world. Encouraging the Leo to volunteer or be of service to others helps them to step outside of themselves and experience joy and peace for even a brief time.
