As funeral professionals, we often are seen as stoic and fearless when it comes to matters of death by those who we serve. Our close relationship with death gives the illusion that we have somehow conquered fears and insecurities surrounding end of life matters. Truth be told, we all are afraid, we all struggle upon coming in contact with certain scenarios and we all are working extremely hard to create balance in our personal lives while advancing and serving professionally.
