Jealousy is a natural human emotion. We have all, at some point in our lives experienced jealousy and feelings of envy. To the surprise of many of us, grief can be the source of complex feelings of jealousy after experiencing a loss. Join us as we explore jealousy, shame, guilt and other complicated, unspoken and less accepted emotions associated with navigating our journeys with grief. As always, this is a judgement free safe space in which ALL are welcome.
